Jabulani Dhliwayo.
Jabulani is the co-founder and CEO of JC Broadband. Jabulani Dhliwayo has over 17 years of diverse work experience including fiber optics research and development, test and measurement, marketing and education.
In 1999, Jabulani joined Corning Inc. as a Senior Research Scientist. After five years in that position he transitioned to the marketing position as a Product Line Manager. In addition to running the bend optimized fiber product line, he did a market analysis for Africa and developed a strategy for Corning to get into the African market. Prior to joining Corning, Jabulani was a scientist with Ando Corporation a leading Japanese supplier of fiber optic measurement instrumentation. He has also lectured Physics, Electronics and Mathematics at Harare Polytechnic in Zimbabwe. He is a member of the IEEE, reviewer for IEEE and Optical Society of America technical journals and is involved in the development of IEEE standards.
Jabulani is also the President of NEPAD Council a voluntary organization of Africans in the Diaspora whose mission is to support the New Partnership for Africa's Development
